Delivery Methods
Standard Deliveries
We are able to make deliveries to any address with a valid postcode in the UK.
We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £4.99 per delivery to mainland UK addresses.
On certain large or very heavy items there may also be an additional carriage charge, these will be advised at the time of ordering.
An additional charge will apply to all deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands we will again advise you at the time of ordering but before dispatch of these additional charges.
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days.
We use FedEx carriers for most of our deliveries.All deliveries will require a signature on delivery.
General Terms of Delivery
Please note we are unable to deliver overseas at the present time.
If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days and we have not informed you of a problem please call us on 01943 609131 or e-mail us to let us know.
Delivery times only apply to products we have in stock. We prefer to dispatch the order when it is complete.We will inform you if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock and we will give you an estimated delivery date at that time.You may of course cancel your order with us at any time upto the day of dispatch.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders where we believe the delivery addresses to be insecure.
If you are not in at the time of delivery our carrier will leave the parcel with a neighbour or will leave a card and will try to deliver again usually the next working day. If after two attempts they are still unable to complete the delivery the parcel will be returned to their depot and you will then be able to arrange collection direct with them. After five working days the parcel will be returned to us and any further attempts to deliver will incur the full delivery charge again.
Returns Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not and would like to return them to us we are happy to offer a no fuss 14 day full refund or exchange policy.
To do this please return the items for the attention of our Returns Dept, Mortens, 2-8 Cunliffe Road, Ilkley, West Yorks, LS29 9DZ E-mail us or or call us on 01943 609131 for advice. We recommend you return the items to us via the post office and that you obtain proof of postage.
Please note we DO NOT refund the delivery cost unless the item is deemed by us to be damaged or faulty.
As soon as we receive the returned items and have checked that they are in the same condition we sent them to you we will refund back onto the card you made the original purchase with.
We cannot refund to a different card to the one the original purchase was made on.
For security reasons replacement items can only be sent to the same delivery address as the original order.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if there are any shortages on your delivery or if any item has been damaged in transit.
If you wish to cancel your order you are free to do so at no cost up to the point of dispatch. Once we have dispatched the items you are then responsible for all return costs.
